M&M is a certified Tennessee drug-free workplace and a corporate member of The Council on Alcohol and Drugs Drug-Free Workplace Certification Compliance Program.
Safety Leadership
Bryon Miller, a new member of management, heads our safety and risk management program. He has a Bachelor’s degree in technology management from Western Kentucky University and is a member of the American Society of Safety Engineers. Bryon is bringing fresh and innovative ideas for safety to M&M.
Safety Program
In keeping with the vision of the company, M&M has developed its own health and safety program called the ABCs of Health and Safety. This resonates through every job site and employee.

- Mandatory bi-weekly safety meetings
- Pre-employment, random and postaccident drug testing

- Daily inspection of PPE and required use

- Annual pole-top rescue class and grounding demonstration
- Annual CPR certification

- Management, employees and customers work together on new and innovative ideas for safety
- Rotating safety presentations by all employees at bi-weekly meetings
- Communication requirements for reporting emergencies, near misses, injuries or safety concerns to management and customers
